My Hero*

So most of these pics are with my grandma knott and my cuzs
on that side which is weird cause it was at my grandpa
blads funeral but these were the only pics we took cause
i was to busy crying the rest of the time! How nice of them
to drive all the way down and support us and our grandpa:)
We love you guys so much!

My cousin Brent was able to present the flag to my Uncle Blaine.
What a neat experience that was for him!

So if you notice all these ties that the boys are wearing were
all my grandpas. Some beauts aren't there?? To be honest
he had alot of clip on ties and I don't think there were any
ties without at least 1 little food stain.. haha classic.
Oh and my cousin Dale ( 2ndone in from the left) was
also wearin my grandpas awesome cowboy belt!

Seriously words can not express the love that I had
for this man. I looked up to him so much and the life
that he lived. It was so hard for me when I got the
word of his death but I'm so grateful for this gospel
and for us to be together again FOREVER! What greater
blessing. The past week when I would start thinkin
about my grandpa and the many memories I had of him
I couldn't help but think of the reunion he had with my
grandma Loueda, my mom Janell, and his many family
member and friends that have past on. Things I loved
about my grandpa.. His kisses
( these weren't just pecks my friends they were real kisses:)
his hugs, the way he talked about me to different people
that would just meet me, he would come to every softball
game and was such a huge supporter, his laugh, the way
when he had sunday dinner with us he would always be
the last one eatin ( i had been done for a half hour
sometimes) , he would always laugh bout 10 seconds after
everyone else would laugh at a joke or something said
( i think i actually get that from him.. maybe:) Everyone
I talked to would always tell me how cool my grandpa
was and nice to everyone, the way he looked at me
everytime he saw me, the way that he loved me! Man
he will be greatly missed!! The funeral was so good and
of course I cried like a little girl the whole weekend. I'm
pretty sure this headache I have is from all of that but
they were good tears. It was so wonderful to see
ALL MY COUSINS.. seriously we have a HUGE family!
I wish I could have spent more time goin around and
talking to everyone of my cousins and catching up but
all we wanted to do was tell stories about grandpa. I love
him so much and can't wait for the day when I get to see him.
I love that my baby is up there with him right now. My grandpa
is probably warning my baby of what I'm like.. hehehe
Love you so much and we will miss you!!! MUAH!!!!!

..."I believe in the family where there
is a husband who regards his
companion as his greatest asset and
treats her accordingly;
where there is a wife who looks upon
her husband as her anchor and strength.
The cultivation of such a home
requires effort and energy,
forgiveness and patience,
Love,
and, endurance, and sacrifice;
but it is worth all of these and more."....
