My newest, cutest, nephew Carson:)

October has been a pretty busy month for us! I am not complaining though cause time is just wizzin right by and soon our little Pais will be joining us! We are getting so excited and more anxious to meet our sweet baby:)

* I was able to go home for my sisters Homecoming Assembly- She was in charge of alot of the dances and did such a great job. I know how stressful homecoming can be and well she is alive- Thank goodness.
* Opening weekend of the deer hunt(maybe elk hunt?) we headed up to Gunnison. Jake was gone mostly the whole weekend hunting and the girls stayed back and had a blast. I did alot of hair but was still able to do a few fun projects for Granny Jen Day. I am not sure if I have talked about Granny Jen day before but its a day where everyone on the Madsen side gets together and work on whatever we want to and just sew all day. Granny Jen is Grandma Lois & Aunt Margaret's Mom- she loved to sew so we dedicate this day to her. I LOVE this day!! Everyone brings goodies to snack on all day and we also have lunch. After lunch is when G ma L and Aunt M told us a little bit about our Great Grandma Jen. Every year I learn a little more about her and its so amazing to hear her stories and what she was like. She was an amazing woman! Aunt M did a "trunk show" and showed us all her amazing projects that she has kept in a trunk. Every one of the pieces that she showed us were AMAZING! You could tell she put so much time and effort into these pieces. Her and Grandma work so hard at their quilts and do BEAUTIFUL work. One day I hope to be like them! Every year I learn a little more about quilting and what not... one of these days I'm goin to whip out something awesome.. haha I'm so grateful to be apart of a family who does fun things like this and who loves to get together with one another. I can't wait until our next "Granny Jen Day"!! Oh and it was so good to get Jake back after huntin- he was only gone 2 days and I was missing him like crazy! He didn't get anything but he was with like 20 guys who all had tags so he is still on the lookout.
* We stayed at home for Conference this year and I can't tell you how nice and peacful it was. I have never been able to spend conference alone with Jake our whole married or dating life so it was very much needed. I love conference! There is nothing better than to hear the good words of our AMAZING prophet and leaders of this true church. My testimony always grows so much during conference and I always learn so much and it always sets me back to the person that I want to be and reminds me of why I'm here and my purpose here. During the 2nd session of Sunday we got together with Paul, April, & Boston for a little lunch. We rode up the mountain as we listened and looked at the beautiful changing trees. I LOVE THIS TIME OF YEAR!! We stopped at the zion lookout to get get a little fresh air and I had to snap that pic of Jake and Paul-- They looked so much alike from behind! Little Boston is my fav. He is the best and cutest boy anyone could ask for. I love every time I get to watch him! He really is so good and smiles all the time and I love it when he giggles... it gets me so excited for Paisley to be here and to see what her personality will be like. Her and B will be such great friends!! Love you guys:)
* Adam, Kera ( Jake's sister), Hunter, and Hallee welcomed Carson to their family in September. Doesn't that smile just make you melt. He is so so cute and I can' wait to see him and Paisley grow up together!!
* We finally got our car seat and stroller and I was having the hardest time setting it up cause Jake had other things to do and I was just to anxious! Our awesome neighbors Nicole and Kyle came over and Nicole saved the night! hahaha she helped me put it together and it was so much fun! I didn't think putting a stroller together could be so much fun.. Thanks NICOLE!! your the best!
*Jake and I went to SUU's homecoming parade--vary rare do we just take pictures with us together so I thought I would cherish this one.
*These are not the greatest pics and its a lot cuter in real life but I cut 5 INCHES off the back of my hair. It had grown so fast while being pregnant and I was loving it but I just needed a change and I plan to go even shorter after I get the weight off (hopefully).  I was goin to keep growin in cause I have never had my own real long hair. I noticed that I was getting lazier with doin my hair and would always just pull it up and what fun is hair if thats all that you do.. Sorry not me:) I just had Shanette trim the front so it still somewhat looks the same but i'm loving having that length off the back.
* I was able to go home to one of my best friends, Shayla, baby shower. I was so glad I got to be there and to see her. We became really good friends during softball in Highschool and then we lived together my first year at college. I have some of my FUNNEST memories with her.. LOVE THAT GIRL! Well she is only 3 days ahead of me in the pregnancy and it has been so fun to talk everyday and compare and how were feeling. It really has been so nice to have someone to talk to you thats at the same stage as you and to also realize how different everyone's pregnancy's are. She is also having a girl, Lybee, and I cannot wait for her and Paisley to become best friends. Love you Shay- Shay!!! So glad we can have this journey together:)
* I am 35 1/2 weeks now and time is just flying- I know I still have a month left which everyone says is the worst so I'm just goin to try and stay positive and enjoy these last few weeks. On wednesday I go to the doc and they are goin to check me to see if I'm dialated. That is just so crazy to me... its all becoming so real to me now and its actually really happening. I will be goin to the doc every week now. Jake and I are getting so so excited. I have loved this past month being with Jake. Sometimes when we get home late from work and school will just go climb in bed and watch tv and just enjoy being with each other until we fall asleep. ITS ONE OF MY FAVORITE THINGS! We our enjoying our last month together with it just being us. We know that everything will change once P is here and times like that we will have very seldom so were just enjoying this time alone with each other. I love him so much and he has been soooooo good to me. I am so blessed to have him as my husband! I have been feeling really good lately. Somedays are touch and go but other than that I have nothin to complain about. I'm still workin alot but startin to wind down a little bit and am still goin to drill practices and performances. I haven't really had an appetite lately and have felt "full"most of the days which makes it hard to eat when you feel full and nothin sounds good to you but I know I have to eat for Paisley. So many of my clients tell me of themselves or friends or relatives who went 2 weeks early or a month or even a week. At times I wish that was me but I know that she will come when she is suppose to and I kinda have a feeling that I will go over my due date but as long as she arrives safely I will be the happiest ever. I have started to get more out of breath and sometimes when I tell my clients a little story or what we did over the weekend I feel like I have ran a marathon.. i'm no kidding you--- I feel so out of shaped right now and cant wait to get back to workin out and feeling myself. I have gained 20 pounds and to say the least I'm pretty proud of myself- for my height and age the average is 25-35 pounds. Who knows maybe I'll gain 10 lbs in the next 4 weeks but who knows. I am not proud of the sugar addict I have become while being pregnant but ya know sometimes its the only thing that sounds good. It sometimes makes me nauseated after I eat it but it taste so good:) If Paisley comes out with the biggest sweet tooth.. there is no one to blame but me! We just finished up our prenatal classes and I am soooooo glad we decided to take them. I wasn't goin to at first just cause I though we really didn't need it and that the classes would just freak me out more than I already was. They actually helped me alot and I learned so so much. Things that I thought I knew about having a baby- the labor part and everything after- I had no idea. It was so fun to have Jake their with me every week and in good "spirits" haha... It was fun to have girls in the class who were at the same stage as me and to see their cute tummies and compare. I just finished P's room and I'm loving it.. of course I feel like everything is crammed but it works:) I am waiting for a client to print out some vinyl for me than I'll post some pics of it. Sometime I go and sit in her room and just imagine everything. I love to look at her clothes and bows and picture what she will look like in them. I have gotten so many cute blankets from showers and people and I love to snuggle with them and can't wait to wrap them around P girl. Last time we went to the doctor I asked if we could do an ultra sound just cause its been awhile since I have seen her and it was so fun to see her now that she is bigger. We got the perfect shot of her face and Doc G said she had the CHUBBIEST CHEEKS. Oh you have no idea how glad I was to hear that- I LOVE chubby cheeks and cant wait to MOLL them!!! Its so crazy to walk up the stairs or sit down and my belly touches my thighs.. its been so fun and just plain crazy to experience the life of Pregnancy.. It really is a whole new ball game  and people try to tell you how it is but its just something that you truly can't think until actually go through it.. it will be interesting how my other pregnancy's will be. Somedays I wish that guys could feel whats it like to be pregnant for so many different reasons (wink)... Lately I have been thinkin about where I will be or what I will be doin when and if my water breaks.. With my luck i'll probably be right in the middle of a color or doin  someone's nails and I'll have to leave them stranded... I would hope that everything would happen in the perfect timing and right scenario but i'm sure it will be a pretty crazy one- Who knows maybe she will be late and they will have to induce me.. who knows... pray for the best :)
* Hope everyone is getting so excited for Halloween and is loving this fall weather cause I sure am- I keep think in I'm goin to wake up to snow but it hasn't happened yet so I'll keep crossing my fingers.... Man it feels good to do this post with everything thats been goin on especially the update on my pregnancy for my sake:)  Happy FALL!!!

Knott Reunion*

 I love this pic cause Brogen got a little scared for his mom and dad when he saw them goin on the swing.. TOGETHER! haha look at his little face and that reached out hand!

I'm a little late on this post but better late then never right? I think I actually say that alot.. haha WHOOPS! Back in August most of my relatives on the Knott side met up at our cabin. It was so fun to be with all of them and to hang out. We don't get to see them alot and when we do its usually like a hi bye thing so thats why I look forward to the 2-3 day reunion so we have more time to talk and catch up. As you can see I was having way to much fun that I didn't take alot of pics. I loved the ones on the swing ESPECIALLY MY GOOD OL GRAMS! I love her her like no other... so is so funny! As you could probably tell from the pics.. can you believe she took a hit at the swing?!! I loved every minute of it! She is such a trooper! So glad that we all take time out of our daily lives and summers to spend at least a couple days with each other! Love all of you guys!! Can't wait for our next reunion next summer!

treats her accordingly;

forgiveness and patience,
Love,
