Lake Powell with the Dyrengs* Part 1

So when lookin at this picture you would think I just took it for the scenery right because it is very beautiful!! Well little did you know that Jake and Trav decided to take a little hike so if you look very closely( and I wish I could edit a little arrow in) but if you look at that middle rock you can see 2 personages and that is them.. Freakin awesome huh!! When they came back down they were sweating major bullets!

Just goin for a little Mable ride.... were starting em young!! Always gotta love Adam with his many faces:)
This year little Maddy bug learned how to knee board and ski. She was such a trooper and did so awesome!
Brigham and Boy getting their jump on:)
CAPTAIN GUNNISON if you will-
What trip would our Lake Powell be with out the boys coming up with something extravagant to build in the sand? One of the days we were there it was overcast and what a perfect day to be in the sand. How amazing and talented are those boys! Some people would drive by on their boats and be like WHOOOAAA thats freakin awesome!! AND IT WAS!
By lookin at this picture you would think the wind was blowing.. that is INCORRECT! haha that is actually why I took the picture cause it was in the morning and and thats the best morning hair ever haha Also you can see in the back ground the snakes head.. well it did have awesome fangs but the kids just couldnt keep there hands off it.. lol Kids will be kids right!
Hunter, Jalen, Aiden, Mason, Madelyn, Hallie "minnow", and Easton just on a little joy ride!
Cute Brooke enjoying the nice boat ride:) She kind looks like she is in deep thought.
24 weeks:)
This year at Lake Powell was a BLAST!!! As it is every year- We had so much fun and played lots of games, ate alot, had freakin awesome meals, laughed alot, got rained on a couple times and had to all move down and snuggle together on the front of the boat, go on hikes, ride the mable, make new friends with "PURPLE MAN" and Gilligan and his daughter, jump off cliffs, hike the cliffs, play some more cards, eat more food, jump off the houseboat, go on a boat ride to crack in the wall, and one of my PERSONAL FAVS  -- FLOATING. That was one of the best things this year especially being pregnant and being tired it was so relaxing. I always look forward to Lake Powell and for our "floating sessions" .  Its always a fun time to catch up with everyone and talk about anything and everything and to hear different opinions and ideas. The water was perfect this year. I would recomment goin later in the summer if possible cause the water really is so warm and I could just float for days. This year was a little different. Usually will go with Aunts and Uncle and cousins but they all went a couple weeks before us so it ended up just being the Allan Dyreng family which was nice but of course we missed all of the other family. 2 days in our vacation our cousins on the MADSEN side came and that was so much fun to have them and their houseboat come. Lake Powelll is always a good time. I look forward to alot of trips but LAKE POWELL would have to be my FAV:) I will do anything in my power to not miss a year.. EVER! Lets hope we can live up to that! I have more pics to put up so stay tuned.....................
